Operations Required...
*Daily handling of cash
*Weekly ordering of inventory
*Maintaining controllable costs In the store (i.e food, payroll, and paper costs)
*Performing monthly inventory of all products in the store
*Training employees and ensuring that all Dunkin standards are being properly executed.
