Team Member - Part-time

MAJOR FUNCTION:

 

To provide our guests with a dining experience which will make them want to return to our restaurant.  Specific duties vary by day and shift.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1)      Has a completed the interviewing and onboarding process.

2)      Is eligible to work in the U.S.

3)      Possesses a positive, helping attitude.

4)      Have good communication skills.

5)      Takes direction well

6)      Has the ability to learn all kitchen and front line positions.

7)      Presents a clean, professional image – follows all guidelines concerning employee appearance, uniform and conduct.

8)      Follows all policies and procedures set forth in the orientation manual.

9)      Possesses and consistently displays a genuine concern for the guest and a desire to see that their needs are met. 

10)  Shows an eagerness to meet the goals of the restaurant set forth by his/her superiors.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:

 

1)      Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

2)      Clean, stock, prepare food, and provide exceptional guest service.

3)      Maintain quality standards.

4)      Displays a genuine desire to satisfy the guests and do “whatever it takes” to make their visit memorable.

5)      Greets guests with smiles and enthusiasm; uses eye-to-eye contact.

6)      Follows proper cash handling procedures.

7)      Follows all procedures for each position as set forth by Burger King Corp and This franchise

8)      Follows direction.

9)      Corrects any issues that are discussed through coaching or the performance review process.

10)  Helps ensure uniform speed of service by communicating and requesting assistance when there is more than one guest to serve.

11)  Shows Teamwork with other team members and all superiors.

12)  Other duties as determined per shift
