MAJOR FUNCTION:

 

To provide our guests with a dining experience which will make them want to return to our restaurant.  Specific duties vary by day and shift.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1)      Has a completed the interviewing and onboarding process.

2)      Is eligible to work in the U.S.

3)      Possesses a positive, helping attitude.

4)      Have good communication skills.

5)      Takes direction well

6)      Has the ability to learn all kitchen and front line positions.

7)      Presents a clean, professional image – follows all guidelines concerning employee appearance, uniform and conduct.

8)      Follows all policies and procedures set forth in the orientation manual.

9)      Possesses and consistently displays a genuine concern for the guest and a desire to see that their needs are met. 

10)  Shows an eagerness to meet the goals of the restaurant set forth by his/her superiors.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:

 

1)      Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

2)      Clean, stock, prepare food, and provide exceptional guest service.

3)      Maintain quality standards.

4)      Displays a genuine desire to satisfy the guests and do “whatever it takes” to make their visit memorable.

5)      Greets guests with smiles and enthusiasm; uses eye-to-eye contact.
