We are now recruiting for a Fastracker (Per Diem) for our Corporate On-Site Services Department.

GENERAL SUMMARY :
The On Site Fasttracker under the direct supervision of the Manger and Project Coordinator completes on-site drug and alcohol collections at various employer locations, at various hours of the day. This position requires a flexible work schedule. Testing is performed in accordance with the Department of Transportation and State of Florida regulatory guidance. Must also perform various departmental clerical duties.
Adheres to Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Shift: Per Diem, Monday - Friday. Flexible hours required, early morning and evenings, on call basis.
Location: Centra Florida area.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Must be able to type 30 WPM.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and electronic mail software required
Must be able to communicate on the telephone and directly with clients.
Must be able to work in a high stress fast paced environment.
Successful completion of clerical and math test.
Must possess strong organization skills, self-motivation and independence.
Must be able to consistently and accurately complete detailed forms.
Must be able to comprehend and follow detailed technical instructions and protocols.
Must be able to read, comprehend and communicate regulatory material.
Must provide own transportation to client location, have valid drivers license and auto insurance card.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation and Florida Drug Free Workplace Regulations preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
High school graduate or equivalent.
Customer Service, Typing and computer experience required.
Must Pass BAT Exam and Specimen Collection Exam within first 90 days.
Drug Screen experience preferred.
Billing experience preferred.
