Position Description:
The Regional Construction Project Manager will oversee management of the construction projects for the region, designated to include planning process, budgets and standards implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent Construction project management skills/certification Experience in architecture, construction project management and costing Construction project management, influence management, negotiation skills, multi-tasking, and prioritization/time management skills Knowledge of real estate industry best practices, properties and construction, real estate database platform
Responsibilities:
Planning and cost management (cost reporting; Scope of work development; construction document review; bid package preparation; review proposed Change Orders; invoice review) Time Management - (prepare project timelines; conduct project meetings; on time delivery) Quality Management - (maintain Ryder facility standards for all construction projects and ensure all documentation is complete and project files are archived) ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the management of projects for region assigned to include budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction coodination and project closeouts.
