As part of the Private Bank you will get exposure to a variety of Banking & Investment products including Asset, Custody, Fiduciary, Investment Management and Banking accounts. You will also have exposure to other Operations teams both domestically and offshore and well Front office teams including Bankers Fiduciary Executives. This role is will provide a great opportunity to network with other lines of business within the firm. This role can lead to full time role including internship and management programs.
With this role you will be asked to contribute in different ways including support of the Multi Billion Dollar PB Cash business. Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Processing and Validation of Client instructions
* Cash Investigations
* Acting as a liaison between front office and other operations teams.
* Processes reengineering
* Testing
* MIS reporting
* Projects
Persons considering this opportunity need to be able to adhere to work an afternoon schedule generally from 3pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. (15-18 hours per week) We will consider some degree of flexibility to this schedule as class obligations dictate. Additionally, this role will require persons to work during peak season times during month end, quarter end and year end processing. We will entertain expanded hours during the summer months.
Preferred Experience/Skills
* Acquiring College Degree in Finance or Business
* Ability to read Spanish instructions a plus
* Hours 3:00 pm -- 6:00 pm (15-18 hours max)

* Team oriented
* Independent and self motivated
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong relationship building
