is a non-profit, acute care hospital offering a full spectrum of medical services which includes everything from obstetrics, radiology services and rehabilitation to open heart surgery, neurosurgery and oncology.
Recognized for its quick treatment of heart attack patients, Advocate Condell holds full accreditation from
the Society of Chest Pain Centers. In addition, Advocate Condell is accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center. The hospital also features the only dedicated pediatric emergency department in Lake County. With the addition of a new patient tower that opened in 2011, Advocate Condell is the only hospital
in Lake County to offer all private adult patient rooms.

Basic math Skills Serv Safe Certified within 6 months of hire Ability to lift up to 20~50 pounds occasionally nd/pr 10~25 pounds frequently and/or 10 pounds constantly.
Large amounts of bending as related to essential job activities.
Large amounts of time standing as related to essential job activities.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Must be willing and capable of working in a fast paced work environment
Contact with cleaning chemicals, heat sources, electrical sources, cut sources and proper PPE required
This requirement supersedes any previous lifting requirement effective 08/01/2014. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For lifts over 35 pounds, lifting equipment is expected to be used or lift with at least one other associate when available. Unique lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case by case basis.
The purpose of Position: The Barista Attendant tends to customers needs, prepares Starbucks branded beverages as per Starbucks recipes ensuring compliance with the Starbucks branded program with an emphasis on overall quality and integrity of the Starbucks branded program. Exemplary customer service is the expectation with a 90 percent front of house presence needed providing a high quality dining experience to our customers that exceeds their service expectations regarding selection, temperature and food and beverage quality. The Barista must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and maintains equipment clean and in good working condition.
Accountabilities:
The Barista Attendant is an ambassador of Advocate Condell Medical Center providing exemplary customer service and customer interaction. Specific daily assigned tasks are also to be executed as set forth.
