Member Service Representative

We have a opening for a Member Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Member Service Representative position for one of our clients in Tampa, Florida!

Job Responsibilities:

• Will directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers
• Will receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practices
• Will build lasting relationships with customers
• Educate customers, providers and employers about products and services over the telephone
• Schedule medical appointments and transportation for patients and/or care givers when needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year Call Center experience (Recent work experience in the last 4 years)
• Minimum of one year previous Customer Service Experience (preferably on the phone)
• Must be Bi-lingual both proficient in using English/Spanish language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills specially in using Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional Details:

• Location: Tampa, Florida 33610
• Length of Contract: Five months
• Working Hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
