Overview

To build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customer base, by crafting a shopping experience that is inspiring, valuable and seamless. Provide exceptional and personalized customer attention and guidance and proactively communicate with customers to cultivate brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationships

Provide exceptional customer service and act as a customer service role model

Build strong and lasting relationships with customers

Provide honest and confident feedback regarding merchandise, style and fit

Develop mood boards for customers and for site inspiration

Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge

Style customers for a variety of bridal related events -- giving recommendation on overall look and/or event design

Maintain a professional brand appropriate voice

Business & Team Support

Facilitate customer correspondence and appointment scheduling

Uphold a highly organized system for maintaining customer communication, data and appointments

Provide customer feedback based on requests/suggestions/complaints

Support stylist team to develop and grow styling program

Maintain an awareness of store concepts and merchandising stories

Set and achieve personal daily, monthly and yearly goals

Other projects and duties assigned based on business needs

Job Skills

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the wedding industry

A broad knowledge of the ever-changing fashion trends

Ability to analyze customer style, body type, wants etc...and translate that to a completed outfit for their needs

Natural fashion sense and ability to coordinate colors and styles

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in basic computer skills

Ability to relate to people of different backgrounds, age, status and fashion perspectives

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Comfortable in selling all price points across all divisions

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Business-- fashion retail or sales background experience a plus
