WSI is searching for experienced Machine Operators to operate large commercial ovens. The environment is very hot and fast paced. The Ideal Oven Operator will have the ability to lead a team and give direction to those working with them on the oven. A positive attitude and great attendance is a must! $10.00 - $11.00 per hour to start. Advancement opportunity!!!!
Oven Operators Job Duties:
- Start and Stop the Oven using controls as trained
- Trouble shoot problems to increase production efficiency
- Maintain paperwork related to the equipment and product for daily record keeping
- Work closely with the other departments to ensure food safety, quality product and standard production times are met.
- The Oven Operator is the lead Machine Operator that will also work closely with Sanitation to ensure a clean standard is met after shut downs and flavor change overs.
