You:

As a Restaurant Manager you are committed to overseeing overall store condition, store cleanliness, foodservice, customer service, and merchandising. You have a knack for motivating and coaching others. You always aim high and it shows in the way you supervise your team members.

As a Restaurant Manager you will:
  • Report to the Assistant General Manager
  • Increase sales in the company and in expanding markets
  • Analyze and calculate food service consumption
  • Hire and train top performing sales team members
  • Prepare your team’s work schedules


To do this job well, you’ll need:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Management skills and an approachable persona to keep your team members humming
  • High School diploma or GED
  • A work ethic that thrives with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other assigned duties
  • At least 1 year of food supervisory experience; and 2-5 years of retail, fast food, or sales experience
