Crew Members/ Shift leaders/ Shift Managers
We are looking a person capable of work as a team, enthusiastic, friendly, responsible, reliable and with great spirit to join our team. Here at Tropical Smoothie Café we are all about health and great customer service.
You will be required to:
-Interacts with customers in a friendly and great manner.
-You will be train in the smoothie bar area.
-You will be train in food prep area.
-You will receive training in the register.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Restaurant: 1 year, Shift leaders and Shift managers need to have prior experience on a similar position.Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS· Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.· Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.· Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and customers.· Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.· Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS· Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.· Team Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours.· Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
