Here's a little bit about what we're looking for:

Anthropologie is looking to hire part-time seasonal associates to support our customer through our busiest time of the year, with the potential for permanent hire. Our ideal Seasonal Customer Associate candidate will have enthusiasm for the holiday hustle-bustle, and be filled with good cheer! We are looking for an open, friendly demeanor, an unending love for our product, and a passion for life's color. They will have an eye for detail and will be able to apply that to the cultivation of a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors. They should share our enthusiasm for the season and be able to easily introduce the many new customers that walk through our doors to our brand. Availability during peak shopping periods through early January is a must .

A Day in the Life:

As a Seasonal Customer Associate with Anthropologie, you will exceed the customers' expectations in helping her find everything she needs, while working as a team to create an unimagined holiday store experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

>Ensure the highest level of customer care, in line with Anthropologie's specific service expectations

>Build genuine relationships with customers

>Determine the customer's needs and offer suggestions or alternatives

>Ensure a customer's positive final impression at the cash wrap by following all company procedures

>Practice proper phone etiquette

>Help to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock storewide

>Uphold all company policies
