* Outgoing and friendly
* Strong work ethic and passion for the work
* Experience running a kitchen preferred
* Works well under pressure
* Consistently on time
* Associates degree or higher in culinary arts required or equivalent work experience
The Opportunity:
* Salaried position with paid vacation and major holidays off
* Set meal times with predictable hours (Typical days end at 7-7:30 p.m.)
* Opportunity to advance your career and take ownership of all facets of the kitchen
* This is a full time position with summers off. (scheduled vacation days can be as much as 30-40 days annually).
