Job Overview:
The Mortgage Loan Doc Specialist will be responsible for sending RESPA's to the clients for completion along with submitting files to underwriting and processing the file until approved with the lender. They also need to be able to provide excellent customer service to clients, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documents for the file and approval. We are seeking and individual with ambition and who is also highly motivated and is detail oriented.
Responsibilities
-Preparing and sending RESPA Loan Document Packages for clients to sign
-Prepares initial loan package and submits package to the lender for approval
-Following up and obtaining signed RESPA packages from Clients
-Obtains and reviews all documents needed for underwriting
-Ability to review Title, Appraisal, Homeowners Insurance and Tax Transcripts thoroughly to insure no deficiencies with the documents
-Ability to resolve any deficiencies amongst the file
-Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties related in the transaction
-Capable of handling complex issues that may arise during the process
-Perform any additional task as needed
