We are looking a Part-time (20 hours per week) Registered Nurse to work Evening shift on our Adolescent Unit. If desired other shifts, including days and nights are available to supplement the 20 hour work schedule on this unit.

In this role, you will assume responsibility for providing patient care in accordance with the established standards of professional nursing care. Hampton's Adolescent programs are designed specifically for patients ages 12 through 18 and all programming and therapeutic activities are restricted to the adolescent population only. Interacting as an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team you will also provide leadership in the department to facilitate excellent patient care.

Some of the expectations of our Registered Nurses are that you work every other weekend as well as working a minimum of one (1) of the Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years) and one (1) Summer holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Current New Jersey RN licensure BSN/BS preferred. Minimum requirements are one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation. Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred. ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred with a strong experience working with Dual Diagnosis patients. CPR certification required.
