Manpower is currently hiring an FPD Account Administrator for one of our clients in Nashville, TN! Job Responsibilities: *Develop proposals, coverage reviews and inquiries *Process changes, cancellations and billings *Respond to customer inquiries *Quote coverage to the business unit's customers *Maintain underwriting, marketing and policy files, and train customers in reporting and agency functions, as required *Assemble submissions, proposals, and other marketing materials *Issue new and renewal policies and change endorsements *Review insurance policies and endorsements and negotiate wording with insurance carriers *Coordinate and monitor the servicing activities of the business unit's customers *Participate in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department; progress measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data *Participate in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them Bring with you your: *Bachelor's degree *Ability to apply time management, organization and planning skills *Knowledge of and the ability to apply math computation skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division *Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply problem-solving and decision-making skills, within the scope of job duties *Demonstrated expertise in preparing high quality documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics *Ability to apply rating mechanics to product exposures to develop price quotes, as required *Knowledge of insurance principles *Knowledge of policy forms and coverage descriptions *Ability to apply negotiation skills with partners to arrive at mutually agreed upon service standards and business practices *Knowledge of Insurance products, policies, and procedures *Knowledge of and ability to apply statistical analysis skills to measure, analyze, and improve service quality *Knowledge of and ability to utilize computer based software to produce documents, reports, and spreadsheets *Ability to assist in linking communication between various internal and external customers and the appropriate staff member *Ability to evaluate risk situations and operate within authority levels *Ability to analyze exposures and make decisions on coverage acceptance and quoting *Ability to manage a customer's program with minimal supervision *License as an insurance agent in the State of Tennessee or ability to obtain said license with 1 year of job placement, if required Pay: $23.7/hr Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract Length: 1 year If you are interested in this position please apply and go to www.manpowerjobs.com and create a profile with us!
