OverviewThe Store Experience Manager main goal is to create a sensory pleasing experience through enhancement of presentation, product, and people which results in positive results and financial growth of the company.Job Description To ensure the brand integrity of the company is reflected to the customer Provide necessary feedback to the corporate office and field visual teams to drive the business through visual and merchandising opportunities Manage Store Experience Supervisors and other visual staff within the store Trains and supports store management in the planning and supervision of store flips Elevate monthly flip execution to ensure outcome is picture perfect Drive, plan, and execute window changes and the dressing/styling of all interior mannequins on time and on concept Enhance merchandising techniques and promotions as per corporate office or photo directives, based on the individual store Re-merchandising according to sell through, clarity of offer, and store concept Complete walk through with store management at every store visit to ensure seamless execution of all visual standards, and ensure creative enhancements Communicate with store to convey change in visual direction Communicate store deficiencies i.e. lighting fixtures, visual standards Coaching and training for in-store visual staff and store teams on store environment expectations Ensure dress code standards are met by all associates Responsible for ensuring music is per company directive Train all management and stylists on all product informationSEM Attributes: Understanding and shared appreciation of Club Monaco lifestyle and heritage Creativity Personal style reflective of Club Monaco brand Understanding of fashion and trends Interest in the arts (art, music, architecture, design)

Job requirements: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail management/visual experience Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment Excellent English communication verbal and written Excellent time management/project skills Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results Hours/days of work vary due to the demands of the business Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approximately 20lbs Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving/stocking functions
