About this job
The Hickory Farms Store Manager is the leader for our seasonal mall kiosk. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff. We actively sample our great food products to our customers and teach our staff how to politely engage customers.
The store manager will create weekly schedules and attend weekly manager meetings. Managers work between 25-40 hours per week and must be able to complete daily and weekly paperwork.
A good Hickory Farms manager should be competent in all aspects of retail management including opening and closing a store and must be enthusiastic about our products and capable of building a team.
