Responsibilities* Track and log the use of stealth equipment for each case used. Report monthly utilization, respond to usage inquiries, and submission of yearly activities at year end. Responsibilities include reviewing each case to ensure the appropriate charges have been captured and the correct DRG code is associated with each applicable surgery. Arranging, organizing and coordinating travel for faculty associated with the stealth program, including reimbursement submission within Concur.

Outreach project coordination and communication (pamphlets, patient education, marketing, etc.) for cases utilizing stealth equipment, as well as procurement for supplies of the program.

Calendaring, scheduling, monitoring, and checking availability of Stealth equipment for requested cases (shared by three services) as well as other general calendaring/coordinating.

Required Qualifications* 3 to 5 years progressively responsible administrative support experience in a medical setting required. Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and produce detailed and accurate work; demonstrated ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently and exercise good judgement. Proven ability to assess and handle highly sensitive and confidential matters; strong interpersonal skills and flexibility with schedule. Ability to work through interruptions, proficiency in spelling, grammar and communication. Demonstrated strong customer service skills a must. Demonstrated solid attendance.
