Production Manager Job

Production Manager needed for temp-to-direct opportunity with Yoh's client located near Gilroy, CA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

- 5+ years managing 20+ people
- Industrial chemical production exp
- Strong knowledge of Biochemistry

What You'll Be Doing:

- Production Manager will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of various production teams.
- Production Manager will monitor, measure and increase productivity in each team and process.
- Production Manager will prepare and revise SOP's and GMP documentation
- Production Manager will troubleshoot chemical formulation and process issues
- Production Manager will work with the Engineering team to implement process scale-ups

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- MINIMUM of a BS/BA in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject matter.
- MINIMUM of Five (5+) years of managing 20+ direct reports in a production environment
- Experience with bench or industrial scale chemistry/biochemistry

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters in Life Science or MBA.
