WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?
* As a CCC Sales representative, you serve as an extension of State Farm agents' offices by quoting and binding insurance products. With a focus on sales and direct contact with current and potential State Farm customers, you are critical to our success
* Sales representatives work in a team call center environment and are focused on providing remarkable service to customers and potential customers across the U.S.
* Your primary responsibilities would include:
WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?
* Completing required training programs and all licensing requirements
* Learning and applying State Farm underwriting and eligibility guidelines to correctly price and bind policies according to established procedures
* Listening and communicating clearly and professionally
