Granville Inn Banquet Server (On-Call)

The newly renovated historic Granville Inn is seeking service-minded superstars to join our team as On Call Banquet Servers. This position executes meal service for on-site events in a prompt and courteous fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up equipment and items in a timely fashion needed to carry out a successful catered meal. Typically includes: setting up a buffet or food station, setting dining tables, preparing for food and beverage service. 
• Serve food and beverage to guests as specified in Event Order in a manner that maintains professionalism and high guest satisfaction.
• Clean up equipment and items used during service and return to storage to be used for next event.
• Anticipate and beware of guest needs before and during event in order to provide high-quality service.

Our attractive compensation package includes a $4.05/hour on tipped events and $11.25/hour on non-tipped events, 401k plus match, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers.
