We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals for our lead generation department. We will train the right people!
Job Duties:
- Gathering general information from customers
- Using rebuttals/scripts that management have designed
- Learn and adjust from criticism
- Talking fast
- Controlling calls
Available shifts:
20 hrs - 9:00am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm, 5:00pm-9:00pm.
30 hrs - 9:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Full time hours offered after trial period.
Compensation: $9/hr guaranteed with bonus incentives. Bonus is based of lead average for the week.
First bonus - 25¢ per lead (minimum of $12 added)
Second bonus - 50¢ per lead (minimum of $40 added)
Third bonus - $1 per lead (minimum of $100 added)
