About this job

We are currently recruiting for a Dispatcher for a security company located in Plymouth, MN. The company is a Fortune 500 company and specializes in providing alarm surveillance for commercial and residential properties across the country. This position requires the dispatcher schedule service calls, work with local branches and ensure that all service requests are confirmed with customers. Principal Accountabilities: -Handle incoming phone calls from field technicians, sales and branch personnel, and customers -Process all service requests in a timely fashion -Communicate with technicians and service managers on a regular basis -Document all service tickets with accurate and detailed information Knowledge: -Keyboarding skills and basic computer knowledge -Knowledge of Office, Excel, and Outlook Skill Set: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong telephone skills -Reading comprehension -Excellent attendance -Possesses the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers and partners -Effective problem solving skills -Support team building through active participation in team processes and team decisions -Possess the vision and skills to delight each customer Qualifications: -Must have previous Call Center experience. -Must possess the ability to pay attention to detail. -High School Diploma -Excellent written and verbal communication. -Must be able to multi-task. -Must be able to successfully pass a Drug Screen and Background Check. HOURS: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday
