Inventory Control Cycle Count Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

This position is responsible for supporting the Harley-Davidson Kansas City Material Velocity Center and manufacturing plant towards obtaining accurate inventory records and being a strong advocate of sound inventory control practices. The contract employee will provide support and direction to multiple work groups in the Kansas City facility so that inventory accuracy is continuously improved.

Daily Responsibilities * Coordinate the daily cycle count program, releasing part numbers and count sheets for counting, analyzing part counts, initiating recount s, defining recommended reconciliation adjustment actions, monitoring and managing discrepant locations. * Adheres to all SOX compliance requirements in coordinating the daily cycle count program * Utilizes EMS and ASI AS400 systems to perform cycle count program activities * Works closely with Inventory Control Lead, Supply Chain, MVC Operations, and Inventory Control employees * Responsible for maintaining accurate cycle count records and retention of all documentation per SOX compliance requirements * Identify MVC and or plant processes contributing to inventory inaccuracies
