Job Summaries:

The Ticket and Pass Sales Agents facilitate sales for lift tickets and season passes and deliver outstanding customer service and provide quality information regarding all Vail products and services to ensure a world class experience for our guests. They will supply administrative and phone support for the specified office location, reconcile cash and receipts at end of shift, and other duties as assigned.

The Ski School Product Sales Agent is a part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and will be responsible for selling ski school group and private lessons, tickets and fulfilling pre-purchased sales orders on the front line at Vail’s ski school office locations. This position requires a full knowledge of our products and services and is responsible for collecting guest information. As a Ski School PSS Sales Agent, you will receive a high level of guest interaction and will be the face of Vail! We are looking for guest service oriented individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, are well disciplined, and take pride in their work.

The Ticket Scanner is part of the Product Sales and Services Department (PSS).  This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Scanning Department while working closely with and supporting all other PSS Departments.  The PSS Department's goal is to exceed guest expectations by delivering an outstanding guest experience through cordial delivery of accurate resort and product information during high volumes of guest interaction.  Come join a friendly, fun and outgoing team and work towards some bonus money!

Requirements:

  • Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
  • Comfortable with asking the guest for their data with every transaction.
  • English Proficiency
  • Able to work the entire season (November 2015 – April 2016)
  • Some experience in guest service or cash handling
  • Flexibility is a must, and typically most hours will be on weekends and holidays.
