Aerotek Architecture is seeking a qualified Interior Designer for an International A&E firm in Alexandria, VA specializing in government, commercial and corporate projects.
Responsibilities for the position of Interior Designer will consist of:
50% will be split between CD production, Finish plans, and space planning
20% client meeting with the Sr Pms. There are 3 different Pms they will be working closely with.
20% helping all team member with proposal efforts/narratives.
10% putting story boards together for marketing purposes.
Revit is a huge plus but not mandatory. Candidates for Interior Designer will need to be proficient in AutoCAD with experience producing construction documents. LEED is a plus as well.
NCIDQ or tracking. Someone that is aspiring to obtain their license within the next 2 years.
This is an opportunity to work on large Federal projects in an International firm. Flexible schedule and competitive salary.
Candidates for Interior Designer Must Have:
-5-10 years of commercial experience
-Technical experience with production of CDs
-Proficient in AuotCAD
-NCIDQ or tracking within 2 years
