POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive is accountable to develop and execute for clients with less than 100 employee lives and to meet profitable growth and cross selling objectives.

Fundamental Components:

Develop deep understanding of customer's business objectives, Analyze client data to understand cost drivers and develop cost reduction strategies, Educate clients on regulatory issues and healthcare trends, Identify cross-selling opportunities, Work collaboratively across business functions to ensure client needs are met, Plan and Present mid year and annual review data to clients, Participate in contract negotiations and finalist presentations Maintain strong field presence.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

6-8 years of industry experience, Strong understanding of self-funded industry, Strong understanding of health plan design and products, Licensure as required by State, College degree or equivalent work experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired

Telework Specifications:

State Locations: Texas, Minnesota, Indiana, however open to any area full/time work at home with travel.
