About this job
The Janitor will keeps the Warehouse building clean and in an orderly condition by performing the following duties: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums, cleans restrooms and break rooms and office space daily. This person will empty all' trash and garbage containers, maintain a clean and clear lobby area, customer pick-up area. (Dusting- windows-floors etc.), assist with snow clean up and debris removal from sidewalks. Attendance and dependability is of the utmost importance to our business. We prefer that this person have some ability to maintain the building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities. This individual will notify management concerning needs for major repairs.
