Data Collectors will be responsible for observing and recording foot traffic and shopping habit data at popular shopping destinations throughout the metro area. Retailers use in-store foot traffic data to analyze the distribution of traffic by hour, day of the week, store location and other factors. By understanding this data, retailers can make important adjustments to marketing and operational support in order to help make their business more profitable.

Data Collectors will be responsible for observing and recording foot traffic and shopping habit data at popular shopping destinations throughout the metro area. What you'll do as a data collector:
- Complete an interactive online and telephonic training session
- Travel to specified stores in your area to help us collect collect high quality data regarding the number of customers exiting during a specified time-frame
- Use your personal mobile device or tablet to enter collected data into a web application throughout your visit
- Work Saturdays from 11:45 pm – 4:00 pm
Ideal Candidates meet the following criteria:
- Willing and able to work in assigned locations throughout your area
- Access to reliable transportation to arrive at all shifts on time
- Ability to work "under cover" at local shopping centers
- Understanding of following protocols and adhering to guidelines to ensure data quality
- Communicative and responsive to data and availability questions as they arise in the field
- Access to a tablet or mobile device to be used for data collection; preferably with a data plan
- Interest and experience in market research, field work, or data collection
