Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The Digital Media Monitoring Specialist is responsible for real-time monitoring and analysis of digital/social media conversations that are relevant to UnitedHealth Group, associated business units and our industry. The Digital Media Monitoring Specialist is an active and critical part of the enterprise's Digital Monitoring, Reporting and Analytics Team and helps promote and protect UnitedHealth Group's image and reputation, mitigate risk, support organizational goals, and assist w/ reporting for stakeholders across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the digital and social media space. Primary Responsibilities:Develop, manage and maintain monitoring queries using enterprise monitoring, engagement and analysis tools to: Monitor emerging and ongoing online conversationsIdentify conversations that the enterprise should join or sustain, help Corporate Communications and business segments understand why it's important to participate in associated engagementsBe able to identify, size and scope potential risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, issues and situations that may lead to adverse digital and social media exposurePossess the capability of spotting and detecting a potential crisis on the rise and know role within the enterprise's social media crisis planEscalate issues, as necessary, to specific individuals/teams across the enterprise.Review all incoming content by analyzing, tagging digital/social media content; read and interpret (e.g. by topic, importance, sentiment).Gather data for digital/social media measurement reports.Assist with development of standard reports that visually represent results and inform stakeholders about issues and areas of concern. Develop custom reporting templates based on business partner requirements. Communicate status of reporting requests (e.g., expected completion date, progress)Stay current on emerging social media tools, technologies, trends and developments. Assist in training and mentoring new team members how to properly use enterprise monitoring and analysis tools. Demonstrate thorough understanding of business terminology, enterprise organization.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in digital/social media monitoring, insight and data analysis.3+ years of experience in social platforms2+ years of experience establishing/managing search terms and working with enterprise social media monitoring tools (Sprinklr and Sysomos) Preferred QualificationsExperience with issues managementUnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
