The position of Senior Product/Market Manager is primarily responsible for interacting with the market through new growth opportunities, capturing and conveying the voice of the customer, understanding market driven needs, and collaboration with internal teams to support the growth of the product.  This role will serve as a product-focused subject matter expert with broad business and market knowledge, and a resource to internal and external leaders.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Obtain voice of the customer through site visits, interviews, and surveys; document voice of customer in market requirements, business requirements, and user stories
Deliver in-person and virtual product demonstrations for internal stakeholders, prospective customers and trade show participants
Partner with sales organizations to document and drive closure on commercial pipeline
Revise, demonstrate, and articulate value proposition of product and services to existing and prospective customers
Contribute to and ensure completion of Requests for Proposals (RFP responses) for new opportunities as a product subject matter expert
Identify emerging customer needs and opportunities to improve solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, analysts and industry leaders to gather market/business requirements for major enhancements
Provide customer market feedback to the Product Management team
Serve as product subject matter expert and product expert for internal staff and external customers (second line support)
Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audience; communicate and influence peers and leaders across the entire cross-functional and cross-segment stakeholder group
Serve as liaison between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree
7+ years of Product Management/Product Marketing experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications (minimum of 3 years experience)
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment, working collaboratively with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others at all levels of the organization
Ability to support sales/solutioning processes, and partner with commercial teams to drive growth
Ability to travel 25% - 50% for customer and prospect meetings
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in related field
Experience within a healthcare, healthcare technology, or data/analytics business
Experience with software development and/or Agile methodologies
