Primary Responsibilities:

Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the required amount of staff to ensure service levels are met for all lines of business and departments
Determines the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Ability to conduct trend analysis and determine FTE impacts for all process changes
Ability to analyze a variety of financial data for the purpose of providing direction and support, making recommendations, maximizing funds, and/or ensuring overall operations are in budget
Conducts internal audits to ensure staffing and business processes are aligned within the required financial goals of the organization and/or department
Monitors actual staffing results with performance to determine if additional adjustments to the staffing models are required
Prepares monthly executive summaries and conduct monthly staffing reviews with all business leads to ensure alignment of business goals are being met

Requirements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Business / Financial analysis
Advanced experience in MS Excel modeling (ability to develop macros, extensive formulas, build models from scratch)
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of Workforce Forecasting experience
Knowledge of Workforce Management tools such as IEX, Aspect or Blue Pumpkin
Clinical or healthcare background
