JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Set up medication administration or nursing delegation for clients as outlined in the Oregon Administrative Rules.
-Conduct home visits new clients after the start of services and every 90 days there after for medication administration or nursing service clients.
-Conduct training's with individual caregivers who are servings high needs clients with more complex needs.
-Review and create medication administration records as needed for clients that receive medication services.
-Keep detailed documentation of all correspondence.
