The Time Warner Cable National Order Management Team currently seeks a Sr. Project Coordinator for the National Sales Partner Channel. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

We are flexible as to the location of this role: Carolinas, Texas, Syracuse, Midwest, Herndon

Position Summary:

To plan, execute, and finalize projects that span across the TWC footprint, according to strict deadlines. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Sr. Project Coordinator will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


Essential Job Functions:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.First point of escalation for projects in jeopardyDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Job Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor ' s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.PMP certification preferred (not required)Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft ProjectSolid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including SharePoint; Salesforce.comTechnically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft OfficeMust have extensive experience with developing project plans and must have hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.Understanding of telecommunications technologies including but not limited to Wan, Lan, TDM/PRI, Ethernet, VOIP, Wireless, Internet, Docsis/Fiber technologies and signal flow is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employee may also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the supervisor and other management as required.
