* Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
* Represents community to visitors and callers in a pleasant manner, and ensures questions/needs are directed to the appropriate person
* Delivers newspapers, waters plants, straightens office and lobby areas, and prepares refreshments
* Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors at front reception desk
* Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
* Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Strong organizational skills, dependable, and ability to multi-task and work independently
* Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, be enthusiastic and outgoing
* Flexibility with schedule; including availability to work weekends and holidays
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
* Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical
