Customer Service Rep

The Occupational Testing Services division is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to join their call center. This position will have first shift hours from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday -- Friday.This position will answer incoming calls in a high volume call center from customers and clients. It will respond to inquiries, handle complaints, handle general troubleshooting and provide follow-up information. Employees are expected to support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller; serve as a liaison between Labcorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems; use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects; and understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.The OTS Division is headquartered in Research Triangle Park, NC with satellite locations in Houston, TX, Raritan, NJ, St. Paul, MN, and Southaven, MS.
