while maintaining professional demeanor and appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client care and customer service with a smile
- Present oneself in a professional manner
- Greet and direct patients and visitors
- Answer, screen and transfer high volume of inbound phone calls
- Provide information and answers to service and product inquiries
- Oversee patient check in and check out process
- Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
- Maintain client charts (creating, preparing, data entry)
- Discuss procedures and products both over the phone and in person
- Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
- Facilitate and manage general office flow.
