Orthology is a collaborative care clinic with a strong orthopedic and sports medicine focus that is currently seeking Minnesota, New York and Washington, DC licensed Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Chiropractors for growth opportunities in our various clinics.
 
Candidates should be energetic and have a strong work ethic. New grads are welcome and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
Salary is strongly competitive and based upon experience. Incentive package available.  Benefit package for full time employees includes health insurance, continuing education, vision and dental options and paid time off.
 
Job Purpose: To evaluate and treat patients referred to the clinic in the most effective and efficient manner possible while also achieving quality outcomes.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Clinical Care: Efficiently and effectively evaluates patients and develops treatment plans appropriate for functional limitations. Mentors clinical staff in efficient and effective patient care. Appropriately utilizes and supervises support staff in order to meet the goals of the clinic. Skillfully provides treatment to patients in accordance with clinic's standard of care. Promptly completes all evaluation and progress notes, care plans, discharge summaries, and physician correspondence in the established format and in compliance with the company's compliance plan. Ensures the clinical staff's timely and accurate completion of documentation. Promptly records daily charges for services.
Provide treatment using Orthology methodology
Develop external provider relationships and represent Orthology at events
Team Participation: Participates in clinical staff education, meetings and quality improvement programs for patient care and staff development projects
Standards of Practice and Ethics: Complies with all pertinent rules and regulations within the appropriate State Practice Act and the American Physical Therapy Association's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
 
 

Requirements



Minimum of a BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Active PT licensure (or eligibility) in the State where this position is located
3+ years of experience ideal, but new graduates will be considered
