Primary Responsibilities:

Support & lead the clinical implementation for new/renewing business, including engagement with functional leads
Identify clinical, quality, utilization and system requirements identified in the RFP and/or contract to support program implementation at all clinical levels
Support activities related to Readiness Review and attend onsite meetings as necessary
Manages supports and provides subject matter expertise during internal project initiatives
Identify project pipeline opportunities for quality and improvement
Analyze data and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of operational programs in collaboration with multiple business partners in identify project clinical requirements including utilization management, disease management and case management
Drive standardization of key activities and associated interventions
Prepare reports, correspondence and oral presentations to document and communicate findings and outcomes of analysis and projects to internal and external teams, committees and multifunctional audiences
Define, manage and implement projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, assisting overall department objectives
Collaborate with segment partners throughout the Company for purposes of information sharing and dissemination
Ensure all required elements are in place prior to handoffs
Provides consultation, guidance, and support during clinical implementations & alignments, which may include review of standards & processes with document revisions, as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes
Works with internal and external customers to explain and promote recommended processes and system improvements leading to process improvement and standardization

Requirements


Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or degree in a related healthcare field
3+ years in tracking and planning projects
Strong knowledge of project management tools, scopes and techniques
Strong aptitude and experience with data analytics and process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects that span numerous functional areas with specific project deadlines
Ability to arbitrate and resolve business issues
Proven ability to manage and relate to others
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Utilization and case management experience  

Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare experience
Current and valid RN Licensure
1+ year of managed care experience
Microsoft Access, Project, and Visio experience
