**Positions is in Bluffton, SC** Manpower is hiring 20 call center customer service agents!!! This position requires strong data entry and excellent phone/customer services skills. The primary focus of the Call Center Rep is to accurately and timely enter demographic and medical informaton. Hours: 9-530PM MON-FRI Pay: $11/hour Essential Job Functions - Receive inbound calls from physicians office or health plan calling or health plan members regarding preauthorization for radiology tests - Attatch clinical informaton to cases for medical review - Data entry - Resolve customer service issues Other Essential Functions - Ability to complete special projects or other duties as assigned - Must be able to sit at a desk answer telephone calls (via headset) throughout the shift assigned Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Training & Development - Professional aptitude to solve problems and answer questions based on current information. - Ability to use PC and widely used software packages. - Ability to communicate and educate in a highly professional and effective manner. - Excellent Customer Service and Organizational Skills Preferred Educational and/or Work Experience - High School Graduate with diploma or equivalent required - Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) required CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED a.
