JOB DESCRIPTION

- Create personal profit through both inbound and warm lead outbound calls
- Consistently meeting/exceeding sales and quality assurance goals and requirements.
- Increase personal and company profitability by utilizing cross-selling and up-selling techniques
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the product, building value/overcoming objections, and accurately updating our contact management system


QUALIFICATIONS

- Honesty and integrity; honesty between team workers and to the customer is a top priority
- Must have natural people and selling skills
- Skilled concept of salesmanship with the ability to overcome objections and build value on products
- Moderate knowledge of computer/internet technology (as this is product related)
- Goal oriented and result driven
- A positive and energetic attitude, assertive personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Innovative self-starter
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, and weekends


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $12/hr - $20/hr. base + uncapped commission
- Daily, weekly and monthly incentives
