Leading food service company in Houston has an immediate opening for an Installation Technician.

General Summary: Ensure proper installation, operation, and troubleshooting of all kitchen equipment (hot and cold) related items for day-to-day activities at all assigned locations

Principal Duties and Responsibilities – Essential Functions
1) INSTALLATION § Responsible for the installation of equipment into new and existing restaurant units, as determined by management. § Be prepared and willing to perform other functions outside normal duties, as requested and maintain a pro-active approach to all work issues.
2) REPAIR § Responsible for the repair, refurbishing, cleaning, and make ready for all hot and cold kitchen related equipment, as assigned.
3) DOCUMENTATION § Responsible for proper and complete documentation for all service provided for assigned projects. This includes: labor, travel, parts, and all service order information (date of call, date of completion, reference number, store number, store computer number, reason for call, and work performed).
4) MISCELLANOUS § Participate in general warehouse and transportation needs, as assigned.

Job Specifications:
§ Must be 18 years of age with at least 2 years experience with delivery of commercial equipment.
§ Possess good communication (ability to speak, write, and understand the English language) and organization skills.
§ Maintain a safe driving record and have a current, valid driver’s license for the state in which the work is being performed.
§ Must be able to lift 40 pounds. § Always promote and be aware of safety for guests, co-workers, and self.
§ Be able to function under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
