  The Corporate Systems Compliance department, part of a high functioning and experienced global audit organization, is looking for an experienced auditor to join our team. The team designs and manages a quickly growing variety of IT SOX general controls related management testing across our various TJX organizations and foreign offices, reporting results to executive management. Team members are regularly required to perform root-cause analyses, develop recommendations on improvements for management, and provide guidance or consulting on the development of related procedures and policies.

Areas of Expertise:

• SOX Monitoring and Review - Evaluate the design and effectiveness of automated application controls, evaluate segregation of duties and review associated business processes. Perform management’s ITGC testing and execute additional testing, as needed. Responsibilities:
• Develop test plans for new management testing and improve test plans for existing audits.
• Execute testing and provide high level documentation for review and reliance by external auditors.
• Perform management testing of SOX IT General Controls.
• Document and deliver test reports and findings to executive management and external auditors.
• Identify root causes and develop formal recommendations on improvements to management.
• Provide guidance or consulting on the development of applicable procedures and policies and the remediation of known issues.
• Work directly with external auditors to coordinate annual IT SOX testing and the review of findings.
• Facilitate periodic access review controls with designated business and/or technical owners.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced auditors.
• Up to10% travel may be required. May require international travel, valid passport needed.
  
  Requirements:
• 3-4 years relevant work experience in public accounting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
• CISA/CPA preferred
