The senior marketing manager/director will lead marketing and communication efforts with our direct business partners including brokers, medical providers and others.  They will collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing strategies and communications that support key objectives for these groups.  This will include sales through our broker distribution channels for individual and small group insurance and network and partner communications and engagement. They will be the single point of contact for all marketing support including attending marketing planning and strategy sessions with sales teams and managing the development of all marketing communications materials to support sales through our broker/agent channel and providers.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop broker & provider marketing and communications strategy through both traditional and digital marketing channels
Collaborate with internal resources and external agency partners to manage the creative development all marketing communications to support broker sales including broker marketing toolkit, broker website and all sales support collateral
Provide ongoing marketing consultation by attending broker marketing strategy and planning meetings as needed to support sales goals
Support local market sales events to introduce brokers to our business model and care experience
Expand sales and broker marketing support efforts to align with the growth of the business
Single point of contact for between marketing and provider and sales teams
Manage budgets, tracking, reporting and share ROI with leadership

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

8-10+ years of marketing communications and program management experience
Bachelors degree
B2B or B2C marketing experience
Strong presentation and communications skills
Experience managing communications efforts from initial concept through creative development and execution
Must be willing to travel as needed to support sales/broker/provider teams as need to achieve goals
Driven by compassion, empathy and an ability to care about and connect deeply with others
Ability to put members needs at the center of business processes and decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare Marketing experience
Proven experience working with sales teams and broker/sales agents for individual and small group health insurance
Experience with account management in advertising or marketing communications agency
