About this job

A leading organization in the consumer goods industry is actively seeking customer care representatives with excellent customer service skills.

Candidates in the role will be required to:

  1. Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound calls within a dynamic customer service environment
  2. Increase customer experience by providing information on new products, rate plans, and services
  3. Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges

Candidates must have experience in the following:

  1. Call center/customer service background
  2. Outstanding communication skills
  3. Proficient in data entry
