Our client in Wilsonville, OR is currently seeking a Credi Analyst.


The ideal candidate will have direct credit collection and accounts receivable experience. Must possess strong analytical, customer service and computer skills. This position reports directly to the Corporate Credit Manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Credit Analyst: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Analyzes and maintains assigned credit accounts.
Communicates credit policies and monitors proper application of policies, terms, and conditions.
Responsible for order release and approves orders for shipment based on account status. Coordinates with other departments on the approval of orders for credit release.
Posts daily cash receipts.
Monitors and collects on past due accounts.
Processes and investigates chargebacks on accounts. Researches and resolves discrepancies, account claims, and other issues.
Maintains letters of credit, performs aging reviews, and assists in-house auditors with reconciliation process.
Archives and purges credit files in accordance with Company record retention policies.

Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and multiple projects efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
Provide collection results without jeopardizing customer service standards set by the company
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to read, write and verbally communicate the English language in a clear and effective manner
Conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values, including maintaining confidential information.
Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with some mainframe (AS-400). Quick and accurate 10-key skills.

Education / Experience
A High School diploma or equivalent.

Five years or more of previous credit experience and/or customer service is preferred.

Additional education, such as college level courses, is preferred.

Knowledge of credit and/or accounts receivable functions preferred.
