Housekeeper Nationwide Hotel & Conference - Full-time / Part-time

The beautiful Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center located in Lewis Center, Ohio has immediate openings for full-time Housekeepers. This position requires individuals committed to providing a quality guest experience by assisting in the cleaning of our guests rooms. Candidates must have flexible availability to include weekends and holidays. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accommodate guests and support departmental needs.
• Follows cleaning protocol in prepping rooms for guests.
• Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
• Replenishes amenities according to the operational standards.
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
• Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned.
• Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score. 
• Help other colleagues to accomplish shift/assigned job duties.
• Perform projects assigned daily in response to Management/Supervisor request.
• Must be able to able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladder, stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, push, pull, kneel, and reach.
