HR Manager

Aerotek is currently hiring an HR Manager for our client located in Peoria, IL.

Job Duties:

Lead a team of recruiters and serve as the point of contact for all HR resolutions with employees and clients. Serve as the subject matter expert with any HR questions.

Handle all facets of onboarding for new employees including benefits, paperwork and safety training.

At times be able to travel to new client sites (out of the area) to assist with the start up of hiring.

Qualifications:

HR Management experience from a manufacturing setting with experience in a all facets of HR including:recruiting, benefits, orientation, and performance evaluations.
